Ghosts of Halloween Past

Griffins first Halloween. He was a dragon and was 7 months old.

Hey, young Jordan! :)

Griffin's second Halloween. He was a scarecrow and wanted nothing to do with his costume! Age: 19 months old

Griffin's third Halloween he got a baby sister and partner in crime. They were Diego and Dora. Age 2 yrs 7 months and 2 months.

Then last year he was Spider-Man. Age 3 years 7 months. Gracie was sick but was a bee (however I have no pictures of this apparently.). Oh well!

Happy Halloween!!!

Let's Go Fly a Kite

Jordan and I had to get out of the house today for a showing, so as we were wasting time in Frye's we saw a cheap kite with Spiderman on it and instantly knew that Griffin would love it.  So after naptime (which didn't happen), we headed out to the park in our neighborhood.  And we were right.  He loved it!  Gracie did too actually, and we had a great time running and playing.

We know there won't be many days of warm sunshine left so we are soaking up every minute.

Weekend update

We had an awesome weekend! Our great friends JC and Dabney were in town from San Antonio, and we met up with our other favorite friends Clark and Lindsay for some fun times!

Friday:
We picked up Jordan from the airport at 8:30, then he played with the kids and put them to bed while I cleaned the house. Then the Fletcher's arrived around 10:30 and we stayed up chatting until midnight.

Saturday:
We woke up bright and early and the boys got to work building a model rocket. Then Dabney was sweet enough to take our family pictures for Christmas cards! There are a few that I am obsessed with, so I hope you are lucky enough to get a card from us. ;). Here's a sneak peek of the cute kids outfits.

And here are a few rocket shots.

Then after naps on Saturday we dropped the kiddos off at mom's ( thanks mom!) and ate our hearts out at MiCocina. And one of my favorite parts was sitting next to this cutie!

Then it was back home for the night and girl talk and lounging around. A perfect day and night!

Sunday:
Our company left (sad face), and we had a house showing and then we were off to a birthday party at a new park in our hood.

Then we came home, met up with Ninnie and Opa and headed up to Griffin's school for a trunk or treat. It was a lovely time with lots of food and games.

It was a great weekend and we feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends and family!

So proud

I'm so proud of my big boy and his memorization skills. Here is this months Bible verse. (Don't worry, I'm stopped at a red light. )

Baby girl trying on her new Uggs.

Cheesy smiles and high ponys

I went to a baby shower at Jordan's old office downtown. It was such fun and everyone had so many nice things to say about him. I was a proud wifey!

Our next door neighbors put their house up for sale. I'm trying to think positive about it and tell myself it might bring more eyes to our house too. And as our house is clearly better hopefully they will buy ours!!

And Halloween preview 2. We are on costume 2 after the first was broken at the church festival.

Happy Wednesday!

iPhone dump

We have just been having so much fun these past few weeks. Baseball, travel, and school has kept us super busy. Here's a few phone pictures to help me remember.

Having fun at daddy's favorite after church restaurant, raising canes.

Enjoying our warm fall.

Daddy singing night night songs via FaceTime.

Halloween preview.

Jordan's new office building (the pointy one) in Atlanta.

Breakfast smiles.

Sweet boy finished the year with a trophy and a MVP award!

And he has his own baseball cards!

Jordan's first office. He's previously been in a cube/team workspace environment. Yay for promotions!

Sweet girl not feeling the petting zoo.

Griffin in his western days finest.

Do y'all use the bing travel tool? Jordan taught me about it and it alerted me today and saved me $200 on tickets to Washington, D.C.! We are taking the kids there next month. Any kids must do tips are appreciated!
