Lately Griffin has been asking for cupcakes. He has really only had them a couple of times (at school for birthdays etc) but he kept on so today when he woke up from his nap I decided today was the day. So we made cupcakes for the Rangers! He LOVES watching baseball with his Daddy and we have let him stay up late to watch each game. He practices his sliding and asks each person's name on TV. It's pretty sweet!
So here are a few pictures from Griffin's first baking experience. I have so many memories helping my Granny when I was a little girl....Of course her mixes and icings were homemade. Mine were from a box and can but tasted pretty good anyway!
He loved sitting on the counter, putting the baking cups in, pouring the mix out, and adding water, eggs, and oil. Except he insisted that his cupcakes have no eggs. Sure thing Griff!
Little sicky was jealous she wasn't up there.

Although the game didn't turn out quite how we wanted we will still keep cheering!! GO RANGERS!

HAHA, seriously you made them without eggs since he didn't want eggs? Did it taste normal?
