A Wonderful Weekend...

We had such a lovely "Easter" weekend. Since Gracie was sick last week we played pretend and had all of our festivities this weekend. AND, on top of that 2 of our favorite people came to play with us!

Thursday night we ate at MiCo in Plano and then came back to play our Jenga. We were nervous it would break our patio table so we played it on this 27 year old plastic picnic table of Jordan's. It worked well!

It grew and grew and surprisingly I was not the one to knock it over. Yay me!
Then on Friday night we got Momma to babysit and off we went to Joe T's in Ft Worth. The day was gorgeous and there was NO line. It was like a fairy tale. And the food and company was outstanding.

Then Sunday we went to church and had Easter lunch with Granny at my house. It was perfect.
What the Bunny left Griffin
And the Bunny brought Gracie goodies too!
She was happy.
And since it was pouring Griffin hunted eggs inside.

He did fantastic and has since hunted them again
and again!
Opening the basket the bunny left at Granny's.

And Gracie got one there too!
Yall, Dabney took pictures of the kids Friday morning and I have only seen 3 and they are AMAZING. I will share as soon as I get them all but I can already tell you she captured THE BEST picture of Griffin I have ever seen. Woo-hoo!!!

Off to pick G man up from school on this super wet day. My pool is overflowing and my flower beds are losing all their dirt!

The giant Jenga looks so fun!

One year it was freezing cold on Easter so I absolutely got my kids dressed up two days later and dragged them outside for a few "faux Easter" pictures! What fun memories!
