Tomorrow our little girl will be 2 weeks old!
So, today we went for our two week check up. All around it was 100% GREAT news. First and foremost her hip issue is nothing to worry about! There is still some clicking in her right hip but the ultrasound showed no malformations or problems. Basically the doctor says she inherited my "lax ligaments." I am double jointed in my elbows and ankles and it looks like Gracie will take after me in that way. So yay for nothing being wrong! The other great news is that Gracie is back to her birth weight and length. She weighed 8.25 lbs and is 21 inches long. She is staying on the 50th percentile curve for her weight and length and is staying on the 25th percentile curve for head size. Perfect! We are getting to go 3 hours again between feedings and hopefully at our 4 week checkup we will get the go ahead to move to "demand" feeding. This worked great with Griffin and hopefully Gracie will follow suit. She never cries and is becoming more and more alert each day.
We are so in love! Griffin is doing great with his sister and has moved past the temper tantrum stage. He gives her hugs and kisses and helps me change her diaper and clothes every day. They are the cutest things ever!

Glad to know all is well, especially in sibling land! I like the cupcake boppy and of course the cute little girl modeling on it :)
