Weekend Wrap Up

This weekend FLEW by!  We started it off on Saturday by helping our good friends Clark and Lindsay move into their ADORABLE new house in McKinney.  We are going to have so much fun playing at each others houses!  Griff got to come along for a bit and LOVED playing with their dog Bella.  He learned how to tell her, "Back!" when she got too close to him and practiced throwing the tennis ball to her.  She is so much bigger than Izzie and he just had the best time running around and playing with her.  Then Saturday night Potts came over to entertain Jordan and swim in the pool and I worked hard on my paper.  In case you haven't heard I have been asked to speak at a national conference in 2010 so I have a deadline to finish my paper now.  So house stuff has moved to the background until I get it all finished.  :)

Sunday we went to church and then spent the day working in the yard, washing cars, and swimming a bit.  Jordan fixed us all yummy grilled chicken and all in all it has been a great day.  For Jordan's birthday I bought him seats to the Indy Car race in Dallas next Saturday so we have that to look forward to!

This week is busy with the alarm guy coming AGAIN, Griff getting his second section of the MMR (I break up his shots into single doses), and Granny coming to help me in the flower beds. So hopefully I will have a few fun pictures to share.  In the meantime here is Griffin...still in the climbing phase.  We think he has incredible balance for his age.  The last picture is him hugging his toy.  He is totally in a hugging phase...and we totally love it!!
